I use this to increase the protein in my homemade yogurt as well as to make it thicker and creamier. It doesn't dissolve as easily as some powdered milks, but does with a little more whisking. I add it to my boiled milk and cultures prior to starting the incubation process. I prefer to use organic products whenever possible. [...]

I like having dry milk on hand so that I'm not using up my refrigerator organic milk to make hot cocoa during the cold months. This one is good because I feel that organic dairy is important and the grocery stores only carry non organic dry milk powder. It's also good to have on hand to make a small amount double-strength to use as creamer for coffee. I am hoping to find it for a better price someday.
