I really liked this eye makeup remover. I use regular mascara and it removed it completely without stinging and without harsh chemicals in the formula. I don't know if the result is going to be the same for waterproof mascara. I will buy this product again - it suits my needs.
I really REALLY wanted to love this product. And to be clear, I don't hate it. I have recently begun a quest to find the most natural products I can without sacrificing results. I use primer and very dark (read: black), heavy eye makeup. This product will remove it. However, it takes a lot of the product and several cotton balls combined with a few q-tips to remove it. This product would absolutely work for someone who does not wear a lot of eye makeup. For myself, not so much.
Bottom line: If you do not wear a lot of eye makeup in the first place and don't mind it taking a few saturated cotton balls to work, this remover will work for you. If not, the quest for a natural eye makeup remover continues.
I do really like this product bc it's natural w/out harmful chemical. It feels very nice and cooling on the eyes and surrounding skin area. It never burn my eyes at all. It cleans well but not as well as the Neutrogena I used to use because I have to take longer time. But I can totally live with it. Just make sure you shake the bottle before using, it works better that way, even if the direction doesn't say that it doesn't. Ii haven't tried to use it w/waterproof mascara yet so i don't know.
I wanted to love this product, because I am sensitive to chemicals, and it is hard to find chemical-free make up remover. It is pleasant to use, not irritating at all, does not leave skin greasy, and has a pleasant scent. However, it simply did not remove all the eye make up, even with repeated attempts.
Great eye makeup remover - does not contain any harsh chemicals. I do not know what it is like on waterproof mascara as I use all Physician Formula products.
