I wear very little eye makeup and use PF mascara, NOT even the waterproof kind, and I have to really scrub to remove it -- which is the last thing I want to do to my eyes! I like a lot of PF products, but this is definitely NOT something I'll buy again.

I don't wear much makeup but needed something to take off mascara so I thought these would be great...unfortunately I'm not impressed. They are gentle & for the most part natural which I like but I feel like I have to rub quite a bit & it doesn't get all the makeup off. Perhaps it's just the type of mascara I use (not waterproof by the way!) so I wouldn't totally negate their use to others, but I probably won't purchase again.

This works wonderfully for regular mascara. Smells amazing, doesn't irritate and removes all traces. However, no matter how many times I've tried, this can't touch waterproof mascara, which is a little upsetting because I generally wear waterproof. Otherwise, a fantastic product.

If you don't like the smell of real lavender, this is not for you. I however like the smell, I don't find it too strong, and I find this product convinient and effective. When I run out, I do intend on purchasing this product again.

The pads are little too thin and although they hold up decent, Mascara, especially waterproof mascara, has a harder time coming off. I also noticed it doesn't always get as much as it looks like it did, because sometimes I'll wake up with "Raccoon eyes"from leftover mascara. It's really nice I never breakout or have excessively dried out skin or itchy after thought! It's also lease greasy than other products, too. That's helpful in keeping the area cleaner longer.

Finally I found an eye makeup remover that is gentle & has relaxing scent. Only neg- is that it's runny, I usually use it over sink because it drips. I highly recommend it!

It does not seem to be effective for removing mascara (though my current mascara is waterproof; to be fair I'll give it a chance on non-waterproof mascara). I've ended up using it as an all-over facial cleaner, and for that it's convenient and effective as far as I can tell.
For first use, open jar, peel and remove seal. Pull out a pad using clean fingertips. Press pad lightly over closed eyelids and lashes to gently wipe away eye makeup.
