I use this product daily as a body wash. This body wash is pricey, but the ingredients are actually impressive for a drugstore brand. It contains ceramides, which have numerous scientific and clinical studies indicating it's effectiveness in skin/hair shaft. Ceramides help skin bind to moisturizing elements and protect the epidermis from bacteria. Ceramides are the "brick and mortar" cement that binds your skin cells together, and maintain moisture levels and skin firmness. So, while you might not get immediate results, with long-term use, this product outperforms a regular moisturizing bodywash. Plus, the scent is AMAZING! Light, unisex (in my opinion), and not headache inducing.
