I wear panty liners everyday for freshness, this is by far the worst quality "all natural cotton" panty liner I have used!! It shreds and falls apart, with the slightest bit of moisture ( which is the reason I'm using them) the adhesive strip seperates from the cotton part. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN!!!!
These are the best natural panty liners available. They stay in place all day, don't make any rustling plastic bag noises (like the other leading natural brand, which also NEVER stays in place and bunches up.) These are a little wider but I find it is great as backup for my Diva Cup. I will never use conventional liners again. I really feel that they are very unhealthy and contribute towards yeast infections. With these I also noticed that any menstrual odor on light days was virtually elimated. I believe regular liners don't allow your skin to breathe and create an overly wet unhealthy environment. With these I stay dry and fresh. I change more often but I don't mind that. I've never had an "accident" on a light period day with these.
To use: peel middle adhesive strip off back of pad, center pad on panties.
