I love these because they taste great and are perfect for anything on top of them - whether sweet or salty. I eat them with Tuna or Almond Butter and Jelly - they are perfect for anything you would normally eat rice cakes with - and have a better taste than rice cakes (they actually have a flavor!). They are also perfect to substitute as crackers for "cheese and crackers".
