This fragrance is so uplifting and clean! It is a nice, refreshing smell that would work at the office. It kind of reminds me of ginger and lemon tea with honey, only fizzy, so maybe gingerale with lemonade?? The vanilla/amber/sandalwood basenotes keep it soft and there are no synthetic chemical notes. I wish it had more staying power, but I LOVE it!!

I am sensitive to fragrances, and get headaches from artificial ingredients. Ginger Essence is clean, fresh and wonderful.

I have been using Ginger cologne since 2002 when it came out and have given it as gifts. People (men) stop on the street and ask what I'm wearing. It's so delicious I miss it when I run out. Sometimes I spray it on my pillow just before bed. It's amazing.

I love the way this perfume smells. It is light and fresh and makes me feel happy. My only complaint is that it doesn't last too long. It usually wears off after a few hours. I carry the rollerball fragrance around with me to do touch ups and that works out great. The intensified fragrance smells slightly different than the lotion, but they do complement each other nicely.

I have loved the warm (but clean and fresh, not woodsy and earthy) smell of the ginger essence line from Origins for years, but had strayed away to try other scents. My husband has allergies to almost everything else and complains of headaches if he gets near me too soon after ive applied them, but not with the origins ginger essence! I always get compliments when i wear it, and I find myself putting my wrist to my nose throughout the day because i love it so much myself!

There are very few fragrances that I can wear, that doesn't give me a headache. This is one of those fragrances that WORK. I just love the scent.
