Twice a day with meals. This product helps me with joint pain, flexibility, mobility, and endurance!
I had a few falls a couple of years ago that hurt my knees badly, after which I was not able to walk for long periods of time without having to come home to ice and wrap my knees to help relieve the pain. It is amazing what this pill does for me. I feel stronger, and full of energy. I can walk and run for longer periods of time.

I know they work because I ran out of them for about a week, and already my body needed the support that they brought to me.

They help relieve the pain in my knee joints, but you start to feel it within two weeks of first starting to use the supplement.

The only cons that I see is that the supplements are in the form of a big pill, make sure you take them with a big glass of water or milk!

I highly recommend them. I will continue to use them until there is something better, but for now they do the trick and with no side effects. That is a great deal!

After reading the reviews on this product and being in such pain, which turned out to be my hip, I was willing to try just about anything. I'm almost 60 years old and what I consider fairly active in going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week. This product is what I call my magic pill!! Within two weeks of taking it twice daily I have almost no pain. Although I still am pretty careful what I do, this his given me so much hope....

This is the only product my husband will willingly take other than Advil. I never have to remind him...he said that it has helped so much with his sore knees, elbows and his shoulder which is recovering from being dislocated.

At this point in life, I can't seem to get by without some kind of supplement. I've tried a few different brands and this one seems to work the best.

Noticeable difference when I do NOT take this daily. Generics just do not do the same.

I have used this product faithfully for 6 weeks and have found absolutly no relief no difference what so ever!!! Very disapointed will not purchase this item again!!!!!

I tried the generic and the pain came back. I have a some degeneration in my bones from a car accident. I get numbness and tingling. I also get pain in the hip joint sockets. This completely took the pain and tingles away. I went to the dr and they prescribed a pain management.....I tried this instead of pain pills as a last resort.
It works! I also tried a cheaper version with the same ingredients but did not have 5-loxin (boswellia) ...the tingles came back but not the hip pain.....I came back to this and it is all better...
I have been on this for about 5 month now....

I take these tablets everyday and they are so much more effective than Glucosomine-Condroitin. I can't believe the difference.

I'm a cook - on my feet at least 8 hours a day. I have arthritis in both knees, hips and ankles, but I have to work---so, thank goodness I kept trying ways to find relief ! I've tried other Glucosamine/Chondroitin products in the past few years - tablets, liquid and even the liquid in the juice. No help. But I was still hurting. My left knee was so bad, it wouldn't bend to get in the truck at the end of my work day. My store - I work at a grocery store - had this product on sale. The 5-Loxin was different than what I used in the past, so I gave it a try. Hallejuah ! Within 5-6 days I could bend my left knee, and with no pain at the end of my work day ! Stiffness was gone and it was so much more comfortable. I have since had to have surgery on the left knee for a meniscus tear and floating cartilage, but I have continued to take my Osteo everyday and will continued to shout from the roof tops how much it has helped me ! Thank you makers of Osteo-Bi-flex !
