MILD,great shampoo for anyone,does not strip hair.However woul recomend alternating with your regular shampoo.Unless you have really dry hair.

I pump several pumps of product into my hand and smoothe it on my hair, then comb it to the scalp with a wide comb. It smells great and cleans my baby fine hair without stripping it of oils - it stays managable all day - HIGHLY Recommend!
