It took two weeks to actually see progress. I use these pads three times a day along with a good alpha hydroxy cream on my face to help with my past acne scars. I also use Cetaphil face wash to control my oils and to not over-medicate my face. Now my face is blemish free and extremely soft from using this unusual treatment combination. I used it for a two weeks before the dry flaky skin gave me the heads up that this was not working in the slightest. My acne did not improve. Results are notice within days fewer signs of pimples and skin looks radiant. i notice that this product may make skuin dry if used excessively. These pads are the first product that he has asked me to purchase again, amidst the $100 creams and plethora of other acne products that we have acquired over the years. Comments about OXY Cleansing Pads, Maximum Strength, 90 ea: This product is great. I used neutrogena gel with the same active ingredient, but it didn't work for me at all. Oxy pads, however, do (use 3 times daily as they recommend). They do make skin a little dry, but not nearly as much as benzoyl peroxide. The pads are also really convenient to use compared to spot treatment. Overall, highly recommend.
