I have used Oxy a few times and have loved it each time but kept searching for something that smelled a little better. After much searching and no results I went back to the Oxy. It clears my skin up in a matter of days (I use the spot treatment with it) and with regular use, keeps the acne away! VS Most Liked Negative Review I have combination skin ... I've been breaking out, probably because I switched birth control pills to a lower estrogen dose. Anyways, I was in search of something to help my acne. I used this for awhile (only on my t-zone) and it seemed to work, but it dried out my eyelids and cheeks even though I didn't wash that area with Oxy (probably the soapy run-off.) I had to use aquaphor on my eyelids because the skin became so dry and bright red. I had to smear a heavy moisturizer on my entire face even though I've never had to do that before. The wash worked pretty well but having to deal with dry, flaky skin for me wasn't worth it so I stopped using the product. If your skin is super oily and doesn't get irritated I'm sure this will work for you, but if you have even regular to dry skin, keep away from this it will make you flake. For example ProActiv has 2.5% and this has 10%... so it works great but watch out for irritation. Comments about OXY Daily Wash Acne Treatment, Maximum Strength, 6 oz: For years, I used ProActiv. For some reason, I decided to try Philosophy face cleaner and I broke out. And, when I went back to ProActiv, it wasn't effective in clearing my skin. I tried other cleansers (Oil of Olay, Neutrogena) but they weren't very effective either. So, I decided to give Oxy a try and I'm so glad I did. In less than three days, my face has cleared up. My skin looks and feels great! And, it much, much cheaper than ProActiv! Comments about OXY Daily Wash Acne Treatment, Maximum Strength, 6 oz: I love this stuff! It works to get rid of all my pimples; you just have to make sure to watch out for irritation and drying. Start off using this once a day, and then consider using it twice a day. And make sure you use a good oil-free moisturizer. Too bad we can't get this percentage of BP in Canada! Comments about OXY Daily Wash Acne Treatment, Maximum Strength, 6 oz: I have oily skin and have experienced no problem with this cleanser drying my skin out. I started using this face wash several months ago and I think it's awesome! Comments about OXY Daily Wash Acne Treatment, Maximum Strength, 6 oz: I had very mild acne and I tried this to help clean up my skin. It made it worse! It's nasty stuff. It doesnt tingle or feel like it's working and my face doesnt feel "clean" after I used it. After a week I developed a LARGE pimple (i've never had large pimples!) on my chin that was very painful. I tossed this in the trash after a week. Comments about OXY Daily Wash Acne Treatment, Maximum Strength, 6 oz: Affordable and amazing! Works every time! Comments about OXY Daily Wash Acne Treatment, Maximum Strength, 6 oz: So far this has worked great for me. I used to use this when they sold it in the pink and white bottle for my body acne and it worked well. However since they changed the look of it I noticed it didn't seem to work as well as it used to, and doesn't seem to lather well either. But it's a great wash for my face if I use it twice a day and so far I haven't had a single bad breakout. I'm still trying it though. Comments about OXY Daily Wash Acne Treatment, Maximum Strength, 6 oz: Two weeks, and not a single improvement. Comments about OXY Daily Wash Acne Treatment, Maximum Strength, 6 oz: I don't think this is a bad product, but it's not good either. I would say it's "just ok." I have used it faithfully, along with the Oxy Lotion for acne, and I still get under the skin cystic acne. I actually had clear skin up until last summer, and I have been battling unruly acen since. The culprit I believe initiated it was an "Aveno Positively Radiant SPF 15" moisturizer I was using. At any rate, I am still searching for somthing better.
