I've tried other brands, but Oxy is the best. Doesn't dry out my skin, but heals acne quickly. Use it daily and break outs are never bad.

I've been using this product for about a month. It comes in a teeny tiny bottle, much smaller than I expected. A little goes a long away, but I've noticed, while it doesn't break me out, it isn't really clearing anything up. I don't have pimples (at the moment) so I have just been using it on red areas. I have used it on a couple pimples in the past, and it didn't seem to do much. I don't think I will be buying this again bc of how small it is for the price and that it doesn't work. :(

I have occasional breakouts, and was looking for a spot treatment to quickly reduce the size of a pimple before it got 'out of control'. I used this product consistently for 3 weeks. It did seem to shrink and/or reduce pimple size SLIGHTLY... but then I would get MORE PIMPLES n the site of the first. Who cares if it works on 1 pimple if it causes 2 more??? I never had that problem before using this product and haven't had it since discontinuing. I would not purchase this again.

I'm extremely skeptical about acne products since 90% of the time they don't seem to do anything. I also may be more acne prone than the average person though. I believe this product works fine. Not a miracle instant zapper. But it tones down my acne when used regularly. It has a stronger percentage of benzoyl peroxide than ProActiv and is much cheaper than their on the spot blemish treatment.

This is the only spot acne medication that works for me. My breakouts are gone within 24 hours. It does not dry my skin.

It is difficult for me to give this product a fair rating because I'm not to sure if the cream dried out my pimple or was it just time that did the trick... However, I'm leaning towards the time factor because when I did not use the product I believe my pimple went away in around the same time on it's on as when using the cream but then again am not so sure.

I love this product! I have oily skin and occasional breakouts, and Oxy helps with both. I can tell a difference in the morning if I did not put it on my face the night before. The only downside is that it can sometimes bleach fabrics, so I have to be careful with my clothes, sheets and towels.

I experienced a horrible reaction to this product. I had a small zit on the corner of my nose and I put a dab of this on before going to bed. The next morning when I looked in the mirror I had a huge red blistered area about the size of a silver dollar in the area I dabbed the cream. This huge red mess lasted 3 days!

This is definitely the best acne-fighting spot treatment out there. I never had much acne, but ever since I had a baby my skin changed drastically, and now I break out all the time. I've tried many treatments, but so far only Oxy can do the job. I put on a thin layer every day before bed. I wash my face beforehand with a benzoyl peroxide cleanser. Then in the morning I wash it off with a gentle foaming cleanser and put on an oil-free moisturizer. This regimen is keeping my skin smooth, soft, and the number and severity of the breakouts to a minimum. You have to be careful not to use this product too much, though, as it will over-dry your skin.

The key thing to keep in mind when using this is to ONLY use it at night. You will have to put a thin layer all over your face and leave it on overnight. Then wash it off in the morning with a salicylic acid acne cleanser, and apply a light sunscreen. This regimen keeps my skin looking perfect. I highly recommend this product, as it does quickly get rid of acne, while not overdrying the skin.
