This is not only a multivitamin, but also has electrolytes, amino acids & enzymes that are delivered for your body to use in the most bioavailable form. And, enzymes convert toxins into beneficial oxygen @ cellular level. So much better and easier to take than lots of vitamins & all flavors taste good. Definitely Great Stuff!

This is a great for a pick-me-up and replenishing electrolytes and has less sugar than similar products. I like all three flavors. Feels like I'm doing something good for my body when I take this.

Adults: 1 packet daily; 2 when traveling or exercising. Children over 5: 1/2 packet daily. Shake packet and pour into 4-6 oz of water to taste. As with any dietary supplement, you should consult consult a doctor before taking if pregnant or nursing. Store in a cool, dry place.
