It's been about 3 weeks and I am still seeing lots of new holes/mounds - going right in front of the device. Not looking too good for this product at this point. I purchased 3 of these just to be sure of coverage. I'm waiting........................

Over a month's use in sandy soil and mole activity has not changed. Instructions say clay soil works best.

I like this product and have used these types of devices for several years now. So far this season, it has kept the moles out of my garden. I have a big garden so I use two devices, one on each end. It's much easier to use and I don't have to spray chemicals or set-up traps to deter moles. I feel this is the best device for our property because I know it is safe to use around my children and pets.

I live in an area that is gopher heaven! Installed one of these a year ago, it works great. I do not hear the sound, except when I stand over it. The gophers hate it. Its sonics will not penetrate concrete, so where you put it is critical. Also, it must be placed just below the ground, not sticking out.

The Mole Chaser produces an annoying sound every few minutes that can be heard while you are in your yard. This was irritating, but would have been worth it if it worked. In the product's defense, I can say that I don't think the moles liked it - because they actually kept pushing it out of the ground. Bottom line: don't waste your money.

The P3 International "Mole Chaser" is a joke! I've got four units in my yard and the moles love them. I've had moles tunnel right up to the P3 Unit -- such a joke! Don't waste money on these items.
