One of my patients had such lovely skin I had to ask her secret; her legs were "model beautiful".She said Palmer's cocoa butter had taken her legs from dry & scaly to moist & even looking. I found some in [...] on Kauai and it was amazing. The 2.1 oz size is perfect for travel, yet will last a family of three much longer than a two week vacation. All I would change is to make a 1 oz tube or jar. It also doubles as face cream or lip balm as needed.

This is such a great moisturizer! I use this on my hands and elbows and they stay so soft. When I'm out in the cold and wind I'll apply it to my face and it relieves that tight dry feeling and moisturizes beautifully.

I bought this cream for my dry hands, and couldn't use it at all. It has a very strong burnt oily chocolate smell. Now don't get me wrong, I love good chocolate, and I have seen and smelled natural cocoa butter in a visit to a gourmet chocolate factory, but this cream's smell was intolerable to me.

This concentrated version of good ol' Palmer's Cocoa Butter is my favorite. It's definitely for dry skin and for those who don't mind a strong (but delicious!) scent. Highly moisturizing, slightly oily, and an incredible chocolate smell!

I have atopical exema on my hands and this lotion does the job of softening the skin as well as moistering the skin. I don't get dry, cracked, and bleeding fingers or hands using this product.

I use it on my hands and cuticles and anywhere else. It absorbs in quickly, feels great, and the scent is really pleasant. It comes in a very convenient sized tube.. All pros, no cons.

Love this cream, size is perfect for my desk at work, the bathroom - I even keep one in the car. Thick but not greasy, smell is great! Very moisturizing and softening.

I use this primarily as a nighttime hand cream, but it is good for everyday use as well. More concentrated than the lotion and the softness goes on and on. My hands get so dry in the winter that my cuticles crack. I've noticed a definite improvement since I've been using this. I will buy an extra one to carry in my purse!
