Love the vitamin E and cocoa butter, but too greasy for regular use. I can't really use it in large areas as I would like to becuase it just gets everywhere. I still use it for winter but only if my fiance is out of town...

This smells great and softens skin. I use it at bedtime and put another lotion on top (alone it tends to come off more easily and is alittle oily which I don't mind at night) The thick lotion works to keep it on and I have extremely soft skin the next day, all day. It may just come off on me because I use it at bedtime and it gets on the bed. I might try it alone after a bath. I don't know how long it takes to absorb. I just know I like Palmers and this is really good.

I smelled this on a friend when I was in high school (many years ago) and loved the scent. I decided to try it and I have not looked back since. I love that it comes as a solid in a tub because then you can get EVERY bit of the product out.
It is a little heavier than other moisturizers and during the summer it can make you a little bit sticky but other than that it is the BEST moisturizer out there. It also contains vitamin E which is GREAT for scars and stretch marks!!!

I've been diabetic since childhood, so I am VERY particular about taking care of my feet. I use this cream after every shower/bath, and to keep the skin soft, moisturized and free of cracks.I put on a pair of quarter socks (yes, I wear these socks to bed)to aid absorption and to prevent rubbing off on the sheets. My hands and face love it, too, and I even use this Palmer's around my eyes. The only fault is there isn't a travel size available that can go through the TSA checkpoints.

Okay I love the smell, but it is kind of greasy. So I mix it with other lotions that I find to be either too watery or that don't have a smell or that I just want to get rid of but don't like all that much and would not want to be wasteful. Anyway, really moisturizing and easy on sensitive skin (which I have...like REALLY REALLY sensitive, can get a rash from just about anything).

I swear by this stuff. I've used this religiously with my two other pregnacies & I am using it again for the third. I use it twice a day, everyday. I do not have any stretch marks and don't plan to get any! Plus, I love the scent.
I also highly recommend Bio-Oil or Palmer's Skin Therapy Oil in addition to the cocoa butter.

I absolutely loved this formula in the short, cylindrical jar - the original formula which this company has built an empire upon. But sadly, it could not resist the temptation to cheapen it to death with the addition of even more mineral oil. Had they opted for flax based 3-6-9 omega oil, they could have had a true improvement on their hands. Sadly, they went the cheap route. Look for © 1999 on the back of the last remaining jars of the old formula and © 2011 on the back of the new formula.

For this product -- Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula -- I am definitely a "brand buyer." I have tried many other cocoa butter products, but none perform as well. I use it winter and summer -- year 'round -- and I'm never without an extra container on the shelf. A great product for those prone to "heat rash." Nice, subtle scent. It's the best product for skin care I can name.

I used to use vaseline on my heels twice daily and have switched to this product as a cruelty free choice. I absolutely love it. I use this twice daily on my hands and feet and have soft, smooth skin and healthy cuticles.
