I avoid gluten whenever possible, which means I've had to give up a lot of tasty things. I used to miss pancakes, but not anymore! Admittedly, I have not made anything else but pancakes with this mix, but they are fantastic! Depending on how much water you add, you can make them thick and hearty, or thin like a crepe. I use olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and I add frozen wild blueberries or chia seeds to make them more healthy, and top them with natural cinnamon maple syrup. According to the directions, you can use this mix in place of flour in most recipes. I have yet to try that, but I imagine it would work well. Pamela's brownies and chocolate chunk cookies are fantastic, too. Give them a try!

The best GF baking product out there because you can use it to make cookies, quick breads, scones, pancakes, waffles, etc. It does contain nuts, fyi. And the baking times are sometimes less than what they say, so check earlier than they say. but everything I've made has come out great!

Easy to use, excellent in baking or coating. Need a gluten free mix so this is ideal. Husband loves it especially when mixed with corn meal and made into cornbread

This baking mix is wonderful. I've used it for biscuits, pizza, baked chicken coating, snickerdoodles, choc chip cookies, cheesecake pancakes (you can get recipes from the pamela's webiste or use recipes from the bisquick website and use this mix instead). It really is very easy to use and the end result is fantastic. It is pricey but definitely worth it. YUM!!! My family is loving it all. The brownie mix is also to die for (do the recipe that adds sour cream...). Pamela's has a great line of gluten-free and just plain good products.

I use this as a muffin mix, so versatile. My favorite though is pancakes. I can make them big an fluffy or thin it and almost make them crepe-like. LOVE IT......THANKS PAMELA

I use this to make all my baked good even sugar cookies and have always had EXCELLENT turn out! Perfect for someone that can't have gluten but likes their baked goods!! Can't tell a difference in taste!

made according to the recipe on the package, fried in a small amount of coconut oil, these pancakes are really delicious and crispy around the edges...YUM!
