I'm so happy I found Pamela's Products. They are the absolute perfect choice; no one would know they're gluten free. Also, they are versatile so you can make crepes & other yummy things with the mix. I tried my new waffle maker out with this mix and couldn't believe how tasty and filling they turned out. My husband had seconds, he was so pleased. The pancakes were light and fluffy with great texture and flavor. For those of us who need to be on a gluten free, wheat free diet it's a perfect subsitute for bisquik. I would like them even if they weren't healthy, but, because they are healthy - it makes them doubly good. Comments about Pamela's Products Ultimate Baking & Pancake Mix, 24 oz: My daughter has had Celiac Disease for 9 years and I have used homemade GF breads etc, and used packaged mixes and packaged products and found the Pamela's baking mix and pancake mix excellent. We have to watch her LDL and HDL levels and GF baking uses a lot of eggs, oil and sour cream to be successful and taste good. This product is great for her weight control and cholesterol control.
