This works, BUT it will exhaust you. I feel like I can't barely function after I take it. Takes away the cramps and eliminates the bloating but I can't keep my eyes open after I take it. Worth it though.

I bought this in hopes that it would get rid of the horrible bloating that happens when I get my period. I had a job interview and I was so bloated that none of my clothes would fit me! It failed miserably and did not help at all with bloating. I can't say that it really helped with cramping either. It did knock me out good so I could sleep despite having bad cramps. So, I will stick to Midol during the day for cramp pain, live with getting fat during my period, wear sweats when I can and use this when I want to sleep at night.

If you have severe cramps, this works wonders. However, it made me extremely drowsy. I tried to say awake and work, but I was noticeably affected. If medicine tends to affect you more than others, start with half a dose or be ready to be out of commission for a while after taking this!

It does what it says it will but I can only use this product at night because it makes me very sleepy which is not a bad thing you should just be cautious trying it during the day until you know how it's going to affect you.

I've used Pamprin for more than 20 years. It works. There is nothing out there that works even close to as well. If I run out and wind up buying a different brand I'm always disappointed and toss it as soon as I can get Pamprin again. I highly recommend this product. Once you use it, you'll never go back to any other menstrual cramp/bloating/pain product.

Pamprin works great and doesn't give me the rapid heartbeat that Midol does to me and others I have talked to.

I have severe pms and have tried everything from prescriptions to over the counter. Nothing makes my pms go totally away, but this product helps immensely. I can tell when it starts wearing off right away, so I know its working.
