Took a day to REALLY appreciate how well it worked. Right afterward my skin looked/felt great, but not shockingly better than a good facial.
It was the next day & the NEXT that I was really impressed, because my pores didn't gunk back up & the pores stayed looking a little smaller until I used it a second time 3 days later...
LOVED IT!!! The best my pores have looked in years; unequivicably. And STAYED looking smaller, less gunky/oily for days following.

Disclaimer; not sure why the instructions say not to use it in the bathtub, since it's submersable, but I got the best results there; dialated poors, warm steamy air, not in a hurry & took my time...
It would be harder & time consuming to recreate those ideal conditions for opening/cleaning pores outside the tub.

So a resounding yes from this satified customer who does have fair, sensitive skin AND broken capillaries; it doesn't seem to have exaccerbated that issue, but I'm being careful too.

Completely happy with the ease of ordering & speeding/free shipping too.

The product does work if you use it regularly and properly. Definitely use in or after a shower/bath when you skin is soft. If you have sensitive skin like me, give it a couple weeks for your skin to adjust. I didn't realize how much it was helping my skin until I stopped using it for a while. Be sure to regularly clean the unit to keep the suction strong. One of the things I don't like is the cup size on this model is way too small as compared to previous models.

Unfortunately, I haven't had a lot of luck with the units themselves. I'm about to buy my 3rd. The first 2 didn't last more than 2 years each. There aren't many options out there so I'll keep buying them as long as I keep seeing results.

Please read the reviews of the people who have had positive experiences. This should work for you if you have: Large pores, use it after a hot shower or bath, a little facial massaging during the shower or bath helps,so does holding the skin taut. The first time I used this product I was amazed. I'd had a facial 2 weeks prior, and it there was sebum (gunk) visible in the collection area. Each subsequent time I've used it, that has become less "spectacular". I have sensitive skin, and my face is reddened by this but it fades quickly. I'm glad it's part of my arsenal, I wouldn't pay more. I've just ordered one of the tools (loop?) the professionals use because you do need something else for the stubborn blackheads. This machine is just another tool, not a solution.

use it at the end of a nice warm shower. while skin is still wet and nose pores are open, do one pass with the wide tip to loosen sebum plugs and then finish with the skinny end. you will be amazed at the amount that is removed. I have delicate fair skin, and as long as i use slow continuous movements,i haven't had any "hickeys" and no more "strawberry" nose! forget the mist option, and just use it in th shower.

This product did not work on whiteheads or blackheads and is not for sensitive skin.

This doesn't work. It's just a bad product period.
There is simply not enough suction.

This product is SO popular in Japan where people soak in hot tub every evening. Try it after nice facial massage with your warm hands in hot tub. Clogged fat and dirt get softened like butter, and this machine VISIBLY suctions those white greasy stuff from the side and top of your nose! Yes, you can see the dirt and fat on the clear plastic head. It helps if you taut the area you are applying the head to open the pore.

I couldn't remove all the black heads first, but now I see almost none with regular use ( and hot tub). It's MUCH gentler than those nose strips, and it takes 2-3 times to see dramatic results. I stopped using nose strips since I felt my pore got larger with them. Now I use this products 2-3 times a week, and I love touching my smooth nose the next morning.

NEVER use it unless your skin is wet, soft and warm. I hope people gave one star would try above method. I recommend this to everyone!!!

Don't buy it, it doesn't work. Way too little suction. Almost impossible to suck out black/white heads. Save your money.

I have always hated my large pores and am always on the lookout for products that help reduce their appearance. This pore cleanser works really well. I think it does a better job when you use it in the shower, though I'm not sure why. My pores get cloged and obvious on and around my nose, but when I use this, they're clean and much less noticeable. Even I don't really notice my pores after I use this! It's great!
