You can feel good about buying this cleaser because of the suberb quality of the ingredients and the fact that the company is very socially responsible (see their website.) This cleanser caught me off guard. I'm honestly not sure what the difference is between this, the face lotion, and the body lotion from Pangea Organics. They all look, feel, and smell exactly the same (yellow color, thin lotion consistency, herbal scent). Whatever difference in ingredients must be very insignificant. At one point I accidentally mixed up the face lotion and the cleanser (bottles look similar) and really couldn't tell the difference. It's imperative that I use this with my Clarisonic. Without that it just feels like I'm putting body lotion on my face instead of cleanser. Those with dry skin would really appreciate this cleanser. I don't suggest depending on it to remove your makeup though. Pros

As I was trying to determine the offensive ingredient, I noticed that lavender alcohol is the second ingredient. I'm not concerned about the safety of this ingredient, but prefer to avoid it in my cosmetics. I will finish the bottle and look for something else. Pros

Comments about Pangea Organics Facial Cleanser, Egyptian Calendula & Blood Orange, 4 fl oz: I was very surprised when I happened to be shopping at a well known Natural foods chain I'm not allowed to mention here (whole....), and found that you can purchase this line (Pangea Organics) for at least 3/4 of the price Drugstore.com sells it for.
