I really like it though! I have straight hair and it actually gives my hair some volume that volumizing shampoos dont. I just make sure to use the curly to straight conditioner after (which is absolutely fantastic, by the way) and keep it on the ends and I have some great looking hair!

I got this for my daughter who has insanely curly hair. The shampoo worked just fine. Better than the shampoo I buy for the entire family. Her hair is still wild, but it's soft and smooth.

I've used Pantene's curly shampoo and conditioner for a few years now, every other day, alternated with a sulfate-free pair on the other days. Although these products aren't liked by a lot of people, for me, they worked great. Unfortunately, Pantene recently reformulated both the shampoo and the conditioner. While they still seem to work the same and have the same effect on my hair (which is baby-fine but very curly), the fragrance is terrible. To me, it smells like insecticide that they tried to make smell better by jamming it with what they thought was a floral scent. They failed, miserably. I've never thrown out almost-full bottles of product before, but I just ditched both of these in the garbage, just based on the smell.
