I am a wash-and-go type of person and with curly hair, this is the only mousse that allows me to do that. I have tried so many and this one keeps the curl all day. I actually find myself playing with my curl rings while I'm at work.

Keeps my hair pretty happy throughout the day. Hair needs to be slightly wet still when applying, then I let it airdry the rest of the way.

I can't think of anything I don't like about this product. It blows away any other curly-hair styling mousse in its class. My hair always turns out the way I want it to when I use this mousse. It's a must-have on a daily basis and in my travel bag. I've recommended it to a friend with curly hair who agrees!

I loved the Pro-V Curls mousse. It made my long frizzy hair shiny and not at all frizzy, but it suddenly vanished from store shelves. I bought this replacement and it was terrible. It dried out my hair, made it dull, and crunchy and did NOT reduce frizz. I threw it in the trash but later thought it couldn't have been that bad and bought another. It is absolutely terrible. That went in the trash too. What were they thinking! The Curls mousse was great but this new one is just awful.

Maybe this mousse is only for those with tight curls to begin with. I have used curling mousses for many years and never have had as many problems as with this product. This product made my hair so stiff, I had to wash it out the few times I tried it. It didn't help my wavy hair curl at all, instead my hair was stringy, stiff, and looked awful. Would never buy this product again.

I love this product, but it arrived broken - the top had snapped off and it had leaked in the box.[...]There is something off in their packaging so don't order here, but it is a great product if you get it at the store!

I was really excited to find out that Pantene launched a hair care line that works specifically for your hair type. Naturally, I pounced on the Curl defining mousse to help me tame my frizz, shape and define my curls (like the bottle says it does).

I washed my hair, applied the product and used a diffuser... I had mixed feelings with the result. The shine and overall look of my hair was fantastic. However, it wasn't "date-friendly" hair. It was so stiff and hard... my boyfriend complained that it might hurt his hand! I thought that I may have overloaded on the mousse but everytime I've used it I get the same result, regardless of the amount. Forget about spritzing to revive your hair later in the day.. it only aggravates the dagger-like effect.

BOTTOM LINE: The product does tame frizz, shape and define curls... but it does NOT make them soft and manageable as the bottle promises. Infact, it's impossible to style after it's dried.
