It highlights areas where gray was colored (my roots in this case)and I did not notice any change in the actual highlighted areas! The 2X price refund is not easy to do, either. Very disappointed with this product and Pantene's refund program.

It is now a favorite of mine and when ever I am in doubt of what shampoo to use, I always turn to this one. I am a product junkie and have a massive variety in my cupboard! This really does bring out my highlights and makes my hair soft and very shiny. Highly recommend!

I have blonde hair, no salon highlights. I wasn't expecting much so I wasn't disappointed that it doesn't do much more than just clean the hair. It is nice and light (not heavy or weighs down the hair) and the smell is pleasant. Otherwise don't expect any blonde miracles to happen!
