Hands down the best drugstore conditioner on the market. I am ecstatic that Pantene has returned this product to the shelves!

Ice Shine leaves my hip-length hair ultra soft, tangle free and so shiny. It doesn't cause build-up or weigh down my hair. I have nothing but praise for this product. I love my hair on Ice Shine!
