Product is easy to use. Hair conditioner that you leave in for five min. This product will not make your hair fuller, thicker or add more volume. This product is strickly to repair damaged hair. I have thin, weak. flat hair and just had a baby. I have color treated hair (not bleach though). After the pregnancy my hair started falling out because it was to weak and i had alot of split ends. Just after one use this product made my hair look great. It was not shedding anymore and had a healthy shine to it, also my split ends looked much better. It didn'not weigh my hair down either.

I use Pantene Curly for my 4b hair. I tried this Deep Treatment and love everything about it! My hair was well moisturized and my coily curls were firm, even the next day.

I love this product! I tried this as well as the Pantene Restore Beautiful Lengths conditioning treatment. I do like that one, but not nearly as much as this one. It makes my hair smooth and shiny. I did not see an improvement with split ends, but that is to be expected since split ends cannot truly be mended with a product.

I have very thick hair, and a lot of it. It is very, very straight and this is perfect for making it smooth, but it does not weigh the hair down- I am still able to achieve volume using my normal methods (hairspray and a little bit of teasing.)

I held off on buying any Pantene products since they changed their line and formulas, about which I heard bad things. Well, I gave a daily Medium-Thick (Breaktage to Strength) conditioner a try, it's OK, then I saw this little cube of conditioner, saw positive reviews on here, and gave it a try since I like to use a deep conditioner once a week (and haven't found a good one since Pantene changed their line). What a let-down! This product is so thin, it barely feels like I've put any on my hair no matter how much I slick on. I have what I consider the definition of "medium thick" hair, half straight, half wavy, sometimes dry/sometimes oily, which is I why I avoid conditioning my roots. But with this conditioner, if I don't put it on every inch of hair, it's like I didn't use conditioner at all--dry and snarly. When I rinse it out, there is only a tiny area at the back that gets that smooth, soft, just-conditioned feeling, and I always leave it on for at least 5 mins. Even those tiny bottles you get at hotels leave my hair feeling better than this junk. I'm sooo disappointed in Pantene's new line. This is a sorry excuse for a deep conditioner; the Medium Thick Breakage to Strength conditioner in a bottle works better than this. Its only redeeming quality is its smell (still prefer the original scent to the new one though!).

While my hair is fine, I also used it ***b e f o r e*** the shower to really let the hair rest in it, while exercising or engaging in other tasks.
Otherwise after shampooing has worked for me as well, as a type of conditioning.

I use a dab of this as conditioner every morning. It does not build up, or leave your hair too heavy. It also rinses out easily. I love it!
