This product does what it says. My hair is much softer and more manageable in the morning (after I use it the night before). I find I am able to go longer between shampoos for some reason too. I have dry damaged hair and this is the best product I've found to make it feel and look healthier.

Like another reviewer said, I was also using another overnight repair serum which I was pretty happy with, and price-wise they're about the same so I was curious how this one would compare. I'd say I actually also like this one better, it seems to absorb better and makes my hair feel nicer. Realistically nothing is going to actually *fix* your hair if you've really damaged it, but this makes mine (which is pretty fried) feel much nicer at least.
The biggest drawback for me is the smell, it is way too perfumy. I'm not sensitive to smell by any means, 99.9% of the time if someone writes in a reivew that the product was too fragrant for them and I wind up trying it, it typically won't even come close to bothering me...but this almost gives me a headache when I first apply it. The smell fades enough after a while though, or I get used to it, either way it gets better. I'm sure it won't bother everyone, but for those that are sensitive to smell, I would steer clear. Otherwise for the price I think it's pretty good!

I had been using another overnight hair conditioner with good results and decided to try this one out. I like it even better than the other brand. I put it in at night and in the morning I shower and wash it out and go about my normal routine.

Since using it my hair has been softer, shinier, and less frizzy during the day.

I find that it has a nice pleasant light smell and it doesn't leave residue on my pillow- even when I go to bed just a few minutes after applying.

I was excited to try this product, but there was no miracle. My hair is slightly damaged from highlighting, but this pantene did not make a difference. The perfume smell in the product is awful and does not go away until after washing your hair. The texture made my hair greasy looking and I used the recommended amount. Just not impressed with Pantene.
