I shingle this product through my hair after I use the Pantene Truly Natural Deep Conditioner (which, in one application, is a rinse out, detangler, deep conditioner and leave-in). While it doesn't give moisture, it does fight frizz and shrinkage. It took me a few tries to figure it out, but I love it!
For 2nd and third day hair (Pantene Truly Natural Deep Conditioner gives 3 days of moisture), I lightly wet it in the shower and shape with my fingers!
I thought this product would moisturize and help define my braid out waves for my natural hair, but instead my hair became stiff, flaky and dried out, and I had to wash it out. What a waste!
