Not happy with this product. It didn't get most of my facial hair. I tried it several times and never did have success with it.

An aggravating, sticky, mess to use! Plus it didn't remove fine facial hairs in a consistent manner. Repeated attempts with reusing the pads just created more of a mess. The only positive is that it doesn't have the unpleasant smell of other hair remover creams. Can't recommend purchasing this product.

Works really well, a little messy and the one of the spread sticks broke right away but can be replaced. Overall I am very happy with it and the results.

This is a wonderful product I cannot recommend enough. It is easy to use, effective and easy to clean up after. I sometimes warm it up in a pot of hot water but that's not necessary.

As with any hair remover this one did not remove the real stubborn coarse hairs on my face, but it took care of the rest. I love the ease of use and the consistency. To avoid breakouts I used some Neosporin after I rinsed off.

As I have gotten older, I have found weird, coarse hairs appearing where they do not belong; more often than not on my chin.

Since I have no desire to allow this to continue until I am sporting a goatee, I've tried hot waxes and found them lacking. They're messy and temperamental (heat, reheat, too hot, too cold), and hard to remove. Some have strong, horrendous scents or ingredients that irritate my skin.

I spoke with a beauty professional and they recommended sugaring.

I followed the instructions to a "T." The beauty pro was insistent about this. The majority of my nasty hairs came off. It removed the scary hairs *and* the fine hairs. Bonus: I was able to press the strip on again, without having to add more product, and it got the few hairs that I missed.

Yes, there was some redness. But I pressed on the area, used a bit of cold water (without rubbing) and was fine.

The product washed off very easily. The strips are washable; I was able to wash them, let them dry, and use them for another day.

Later on, I was able to use this for my legs. My legs have medium hair (between fine and coarse). It removed the hair beautifully... I had no bleeding pores (which was always a problem with waxing).

I love this, and highly recommend it.
