I used on bikini line - never having had a wax there. I took it in steps, not doing it all at once, in order to give myself time to "recover" in between. It does miss a few hairs but those can be shaved. Great alternative to an embarrassing and expensive spa wax.

I used these strips on my legs and bikini area. The smaller strips do work better, and the long strips for the legs don't quite get all the hair, but close to it. Frankly I was very surprised how well they worked. The downside to these is that it takes some patience and time to get all the hair, and it doesn't grab hair easily in the same area you've just waxed (ie: if the first pull didn't grab all the hairs and you want to try the same spot again). The upside of course is the price is much cheaper than going in to get waxed professionally. If you're patient I'd say give it a try. Better than shaving or spending lots of skrilla.

I have been using these for years and am very pleased with how much money I've saved over professional waxing! I use these on my upper lip only. To make these work the best way possible, rub the strip between your palms vigorously to warm up the wax, and, once you apply the strip to your face, be sure to rub it downward to catch all the hairs in the wax. Lastly, don't hesitate when pulling it off. Count to three and then just let it rip! Use the oil that comes with it to remove any wax from your face, Viola! A perfectly smooth upper lip.

These are really great...I just wish they were a tad easier to use. You pull the strip apart..& you have 2 strips w/wax coating on each one. I use one on my upper lip, & save the other for next time. I kind of fold it lightly in 2. I heat the strip up w/my hair dryer for 4 seconds, otherwise it won't stick to all hairs. It says 6 weeks hair free? Nah. I get barely 3 weeks. Also..on occassion, these wax strips have removed a superficial light layer of skin...when I repeat wax the same area.

I really like using these wax strips. They are easy to use (just rub between your hands to warm them up) and I get 2 or more uses per strip when I use them on my face. I use them for facial hair (upper lip, chin) but have not used on the bikini area.

It just doesn't work I followed the directions implicitly, and it might have pulled off 3 hairs no joking. But kudos to this site's customer service. Spend your money on another hair remover. BTW I used it on both my chin and mon pubis.

This product isn't going to keep you from having to go to the waxer, but it may keep you in a bikini between trips to the salon. Although the strips can be used multiple times, they do start to lose their stick after four or five uses. As a result, it took eight strips (4 strips X 2 sides) just to tidy up my wife's bikini line, so a box of 16 doesn't go very far.

I figured I'd give waxing a try before going on a vacation with my boyfriend. I intended to go to a professional, but in the end couldn't afford it. As someone who generally shaves, this was pretty great! I tried a strip and it got almost no hair, so I let it grow out a while longer. Then i got a decent wax. It missed some hair, but if you are insane and obsessive (like me) you can always tweeze out a few hairs. It stayed clean for almost three weeks. Until I can afford a professional wax, I'm going to be sticking with Parissa for bikini season.

Do they get every hair with the first pull? No, but neither does my current esthetician or any other esthetician I've used. She often has to go over the same spot twice or use tweezers to remove the last remaining hairs. I use these strips mainly for bikini waxing and I have pretty coarse hair. I do trim it if it is too long and I don't have an issue removing most of the hair with the strips. I have been home waxing for over 10 years and it does take practice.

I followed the directions exactly and I had no problems (on my face). I've tried many types of wax and this was by far the the simplest to use with the easiest clean up...the oil provided works wonderfully. The good thing is that if you miss a couple of hairs you can use the same strip to pick them up. There's no nasty smell like the cream depilatories and the results last longer too.
Do not wash skin. Gently rub a double strip between your hands to warm. Slowly separate strips into 2 strips. Smooth down sticky side of Wax Strips onto skin in direction of hair growth, pressing firmly. Hold skin taut below strip with one hand. Use other to grasp lower end of strip & zip-off quickly in opposite direction of hair growth, keeping strip/hand close & parallel to the skin. Soothe and clean your skin after waxing by applying Azulene Oil included in your kit. Here's a few Parissa Professional tips: Always pull strip back along itself in one quick movement. Don't peel or pull off slowly. The faster the strip is removed the better the results.
