Applied paper thin layers on lower leg, pulled strips quickly and ALL GONE! No pain. But as I was nearing the end of leg 1, my leg began to itch incessantly. Couldn't finish and apply the azulene fast enough.

I've never had a reaction on my face and I've been buying/using this same product for about 3 years to wax my jawline and shape my eyebrows. Well, my legs reacted with redness, bumps, and terrible itching. Again, no pain. Oatmeal bath and I'm all good now.

Note: I have the Gigi 100-pk strips and Clean+Easy Azulene oil. For my application, the wax always outlasts the strips and the little bit of oil that come in kits.

Cleanup is what it is. Azulene on skin with paper towel. There's no intelligent reason to not be able to remove wax from your skin. Hard surfaces--WD40 works a lot faster than azulene and you can always clean up the WD40 residue.

Parissa warm wax is an amazing product..i used sally hansens natural bare wax..it suxxxxxx

but parissa warm wax doesnt wash off easily..it took almost a day of warm water wash to get rid off the remaining wax.. :(

Parissa's sugar wax is so much better: water soluble, easy to clean, efficiently waxes and much gentler than this wax.

This might be a good professional wax that you find in a salon, but the do-it-yourself-at home attempt with this stuff will have messy, possibly painful results.

While this wax seemed to grab most of my leg hair, even the little, barely stubble pieces, it was a giant PITA to clean up. Forget about making any mistakes between waxing, because it will be a mess to contend with. Also, it was sometimes so adhesive, pulling away the strip sometimes left behind a bruise.

Never, ever, evaaaaah.

My one complaint is how messy this is! I used it almost as soon as I got it in the mail, and the box must have been stored on its side because the wax stuck to the seal inside the cap. If opening the package for the first time, be sure to store it right side up overnight so that the wax can settle to the bottom and you can pull off the seal. Otherwise its a total waste of wax because you have to throw away a good portion of it that sticks to the seal.

This product is great! Have some paper towels handy and a bottle of baby oil on hand. when you're done, douse your waxed area as well as your hands with baby oil... It will clean up the wax just as easily (and cheper!) than the oil they give... I

This product is amazing. I bought it so I could wax my eyebrows and upper lip at home and this is wonderful. The wax is easy to apply and removes all of the hair the 1st time. Here's a tip: This kit comes with a bunch of really large backing strips. If you're going to wax your face, cut the strips width wise into small strips. With this kit, I can get at least 20 waxes in for less than $20, which is what I would have to pay for ONE salon waxing. BUY THIS!!!!

I've been waxing for years, and I'm glad I stumbled upon this stuff, thanks to reviews on drugstore.com. It can get a little messy, but I don't mind it for how well works for me.

A few hints: if you can double up and use a strip more the once, you can make this stuff last a little longer and still have some leftover strips to pick up any spots that have a hint of waxy stickiness lingering. THAT WAY, you only need a minimal amount of the azulean oil to take care of the rest. The vial of oil provided for cleanup is plenty. As others have stated, this wax will not just wash away or scrub off easily.

Even though it takes the salon lady half the time it takes me to wax my own legs, I'm saving almost 20 bucks every time, so I'm willing to put in the extra 20 minutes.

I have used this product for years but had a hard time finding it at my local drug stores. I use this product on my upper lip, chin and eye brows. TMI I know, but it will probably help someone. It heats quickly and can easily get too hot so follow the instructions. Holding skin very tightly when you remove the wax is really important. Too loose and you can rip your skin. Just take your time at first. The oil does a good job of removing any left over wax.
