Anyone who is complaining because of messiness or pain, really, what do you expect? Yes, waxing is a pain, but so is going to a salon and paying $50 for something that will grow back in a month's time. If you are at the point where you are willing to rip out your hair by the root, then this is absolutely the best. I've tried Nad's and Sally Hansen, but they just never got all the hairs. When I started waxing in the salon, I thought that salon wax was the only wax that would get all of them. After a bad experience and it getting just way too expensive, I decided to try it myself again. This really does get ALL THE HAIRS. Just follow all the directions and you're good to go. Yes it's sticky and difficult to get off but that's what makes it so great at getting the hairs! I've struggled with unwanted body hair for so long, and it's wonderful to have finally found a cost-effective solution!!

I'd used Moom wax in the past for bikini waxes and thought I'd try something new. Big mistake. This wax was so much more painful and left me with terrible bruises. It's also really messy and difficult to clean up, which I was aware of, but it's not worth it. Moom is gentler, doesn't cause bruising, and it's sugar-based so you can clean it off with warm water. I will never use Parissa wax again.

Comments about Parissa Studio Warm Wax, Coarse Hair, 4 oz:

The glass bottle containing the oil was broken; no oil left. I tried this on chin and upper lip. It got the lightest hairs on the upper lip but nothing else. Maybe I'm just using it wrong. I tried to really press on the strips and then wait a little longer; still no results. I then tried on my legs; same disappointment. I may try again later, but the first two attempts were failures.

Comments about Parissa Studio Warm Wax, Coarse Hair, 4 oz:

I've been using this wax for the last 3 years. It works well. I wax myself at home. It's easy and simple to use. Cleaning up is not a big problem. It comes with a blue oil which helps a lot. If you regularly wax (or intend to), I would recommend to buy a wax heater and a big roll of fabric epilation strips. The wax heater helps a lot, I don't have to run to kitchen to heat the wax up every time it cools down. I use a lot of fabric strips, so I got a big roll of fabric strips.

The wax is not the one I Want. I wanted the wax that you heat on a small heater. It comes in a tin with a handle. How do I return it?

This is the best wax I have used for bikini area, and I've tried a lot. I also don't have trouble with clean up...wax comes off easily with oil. I just rub a little olive oil on my hands and bikini area before a shower and then soap gets the oil off.

I get better than professional results with this product and its the only brand that works. After 30+ years of waxing, I should know! It does get messy to apply to hard to see areas, such as back of legs....buddy up!

Simply heat in microwave and apply wax with provided applicator, let wax cool slightly, press strip on, then while holding skin taut with one hand, pull the strip off in the direction of the hair growth in one fast action. It's easy to use, hard to clean up though...

Comments about Parissa Studio Warm Wax, Coarse Hair, 4 oz:

Applied paper thin layers on lower leg, pulled strips quickly and ALL GONE! No pain. But as I was nearing the end of leg 1, my leg began to itch incessantly. Couldn't finish and apply the azulene fast enough.

I've never had a reaction on my face and I've been buying/using this same product for about 3 years to wax my jawline and shape my eyebrows. Well, my legs reacted with redness, bumps, and terrible itching. Again, no pain. Oatmeal bath and I'm all good now.

Note: I have the Gigi 100-pk strips and Clean+Easy Azulene oil. For my application, the wax always outlasts the strips and the little bit of oil that come in kits.

Cleanup is what it is. Azulene on skin with paper towel. There's no intelligent reason to not be able to remove wax from your skin. Hard surfaces--WD40 works a lot faster than azulene and you can always clean up the WD40 residue.

Comments about Parissa Studio Warm Wax, Coarse Hair, 4 oz:

Parissa's sugar wax is so much better: water soluble, easy to clean, efficiently waxes and much gentler than this wax.

This might be a good professional wax that you find in a salon, but the do-it-yourself-at home attempt with this stuff will have messy, possibly painful results.

While this wax seemed to grab most of my leg hair, even the little, barely stubble pieces, it was a giant PITA to clean up. Forget about making any mistakes between waxing, because it will be a mess to contend with. Also, it was sometimes so adhesive, pulling away the strip sometimes left behind a bruise.

              Never, ever, evaaaaah.
