This product (and it's corresponding shampoo) advertize as being daily use products. Over the course of 2 weeks my hair went from gaining a nice texture-held the style well to extremely greasy limp and dirty looking. As a conditioner, this product did not detangle or allow for easy combing through after showering. And, by the second week of use, this product added so much grease (wax?) to my hair that after merely blow drying, my hair looked like it had gone two days without washing (and this is without using any other styling products). I have never had a problem with greasy hair. In fact, I usually go at least one day without washing my hair which is failry fine and wavy (and of course color treated). On the plus side, the first week of using this product my hair gained a nice texture and held styling (flat ironing) really well. But, into the second week of "daily use" my hair was unbelievably gross (greasy doesn't even begin to explain it). It took a few days to realize that the shampoo and conditioner were the culprets--bizarre! I went back to just using Pantene's colorcare shampoo and conditioner and already see an improvement. I may use this product once a week every other week to just add some extra heft/texture to my hair. But it is DEFINITELY is not a daily use in my book (particularly at it's price point--around $19 for each-shampoo and conditioner). I can make my hair greasy for free...don't need help with this! YUCK!

One of the worst conditioners I have ever used, mainly because it doesn't condition. (Not sure why so many of the reviews for this product are for a shampoo. I am reviewing Paul Mitchell Color Protect Daily Conditioner.) My hair is still tangled after using a lot more product than the bottle says you need to use. Doesn't have that great tropical smell that my husband's longtime favorite, Paul Mitchell One, has. Finally, I have started washing my color-treated hair every other day, instead of daily, and despite this conditioner not conditioning at all, my hair feels greasy at the roots on day two. All I can say is, yuck.

I have skin allergies & this is the only color save brand I have found that works for me! Smells good too.

I've been using this conditioner and the matching shampoo for 3 years and I love it. I stock up on it whenever I go to the US since it's so expensive where I live.

It's true that it doesn't lather as well as other shampoos but I think this is becuase they don't use "lather-producing" ingredients which end up drying out your hair and hurting your skin. It is very gentle and I've noticed a definate improvement in my hair's health since I switched from cheaper shampoos (suave).

The shampoo will leave your hair tangled if you don't use the conditioner, but the conditioner does a wonderful job, and I don't find that I have to use a lot of it. It doesn't leave build-up on your hair, which is what most cheaper products do to give you that "smooth" feeling.

I have wavy/ medium curly hair that is very thick. I don't know if this makes any difference.

I am not one to spend lots of money on beauty products but this is one I can't live without.

I purchased this shampoo and the matching conditioner because I have very fine, medium length hair that is colored. This shampoo does not lather well and requires two washes to completely clean my hair, even though I wash my hair every day and it does not tend to be over oily. Even taking great care while washing the shampoo really tangles my hair much worse than other shampoos I have used - both cheap (suave) and expensive (nioxin). The conditioner which claims to be a detangler is not much better. Both take large amounts to acheive good results. Overall, I am very disappointed in the quality for the price.

This product is wonderful. My stylist said I needed to use a higher-end product for my color treated hair and this is wonderful.
