I have naturally curly hair, so I use it to scrunch my hair while it is still wet in order to control the frizz. I then spray with hairspray. Its very lightweight, and does not leave your hair greasy feeling at the end of the day.

I'm sure it would work for people who don't need as much frizz control or that much hold. I wouldn't recommend it for people with thicker curlier hair.
