This product is amazing. It works better than other similar products on the market that cost more. I prefer it over Biolage and Phyto. I use it daily, but I have ultra-curly, frizzy, unmanageable hair. If your hair is less wild to begin with, you may not need to use it every day.

This product noticeably improved the texture of my hair. It was much softer and the fly-away frizzies were under control. (This is saying a lot because I live in a humid, southern climate.) With this product I did not need a ton of leave-in conditioner, and had a much easier time brushing out my hair after shampooing. It's usually a tangled mess and takes a lot of detangler and lots of TLC to get it brushed out without pulling it out of my head!!

This product rinses out well.

The only negative is that I didn't care for the scent. It's not bad, it just smells a little salon-ish or maybe medicine-like. It all rinses out though, so you don't have to smell the product all day.

This is one of the richest, most moisturizing conditioners. It helps keep the shine in my color-processed hair.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find it in the brick-and-mortar drugstores lately. I seriously hope Paul Mitchell is not discontuning this product!

I use this product at least a few times a week. It is a great moisturizer, is really thick and gloppy but works wonders for my curly thick hair.

I have tried every moisturizing product out there and this was the WORST. I can't believe anyone liked it! I have thick color treated hair and need serious moisture. I had to use a whole handful of this product for the tiniest bit of moisture. It did not lather or smooth my hair at all. This was the biggest waste of time and money I have used, and I usually like Paul Mitchell products.

If you have thin hair, or not very thick hair this might work for you but if you need serious moisture try a schwartzkopf product or biolage.

This stuff is awesome. I can't believe someone only gave it one star!! I agree with the other reviewer who said that this product is made for those of us who hate the post-shower comb out. It really improves the condition of your hair. I have incredibly processed, colored (and color-corrected) hair, and this stuff makes it super soft and shiny. Try it, you'll love it.

I've been using KMS Flat Out conditioner for years...the KMS product is awesome and it always left my hair so silky and manageable after a shower. However, lately, KMS hasn't been really working for me and I guess my hair needed a change. I tried a sample of Paul Mitchell Super-Charged moisturizer and my goodness it worked on my hair like a magic. I guess I'm switching for now. Sorry KMS --still love ya, but it's time for a change. This product is definitely worth the try if you dread combing your hair after bathing. It leaves your hair really feeling so soft and smooth.

I don't even really think that this conditioner deserves one star. I thought if I bought something more expensive it would work better. I have dry, thick hair treated with highlights every 6 months and I was looking for something really strong. I just lost few bucks for something helpless, and I came back to appreciate my LOreal Vive masque and Physique.

Totally love this product. I tried using a cheaper product, but ended up with dry and fly away hair, and itchy scalp...I live where a drying furnace is needed during a long winter. This is worth every penny, but you only need to use a small amount so it lasts a long time. My hair is soft and shiny.
