I ordered this for my kids, and usually have success. However, this bottle was dented, dusty and possibly way past it's shelf life. Usually the smell is wonderful however the kids cringe when I use this and tell me it smells like wood. Yes I still use it and it works fine but I won't buy it again from here!

I use this every day without fail, and my hair would probably turn into a rat's nest without it. I have thick, curly, yet very fine hair that breaks and tears easily if I'm not careful. The greatest advantage of using the Mitchell conditioner is that I don't need anything else. It works alone to smooth my hair so I can comb through and finger style it. Could not live without it.

I use this on damp curly hair and let air-dry; it de-frizzes, and leaves my curls soft and touchable, not crisp and stiff, with a nice shine. One product does it all! I carry a travel-bottle in my purse to freshen up on dry hair (e.g., after showering at the gym, or if rainy-day humidity is starting to frizz). You don't want to wash curly hair daily; now I just rinse out the conditioner every morning, and add more fresh. I've thrown away the shelves of other products, and replaced it with only this one.

This beats regular conditioners used in the shower - hands down. I have used this product for years. No need to use as much (or any) gels, mouse, etc.

And a little bit goes a long way, so a bottle lasts a long time.

I've been using this for 20 years. It's the only conditioner that feels substantial enough to make it through all the knots and tangles in my hair, using just a small amount.

I hadn't intended to buy the leave-in conditioner but read the product description too quickly. I've used it before though, and it's a good product. On my hair, which is fine and straight, it's a wee bit heavy, so I use it very sparingly.

It's not heavily scented and it's very gentle on the skin.

Just like all of the other Paul Mitchell conditioners, it makes a great shave cream, especially if you're like me and all other shaving creams (even ones purported to be for "sensitive skin") make your skin itchy and dry. This size bottle will probably last a good 9-12 months, so it's a great buy.
