I have used Paul Mitchell products before, and was happy with what I used, however this particular shampoo stripped the color from my hair after 2 washings. It didn't leave my hair soft, as promoted.

After having some extra money to spend, I decided to give this shampoo a whirl. (I usually go with Aussie.) I have thicker hair that gets oily rather quickly. This shampoo cleans thoroughly and makes my hair feel fresh and light. Also, I don't know how else to describe it other than it makes my hair incredibly soft feeling! Well worth the [$] spent. Everyone in my house loves using it as well.

I've tried dozens and dozens of shampoos over the years and I keep returning to this classic. I always have a "good hair day" when I use Paul Mitchell One shampoo. It has a beautiful fragrance and does not weigh down my hair. It gives it great body and helps with split ends. I just started buying the bigger bottles since it's such a great price for the large quantity. Big fan!

This shampoo was recommended to me, as well as a Redken Shampoo for my fine hair, as previously I used a moisturizing Redken which only gave me a problem with my scalp and with my hair. Never worry about hair since changing to Shampoo One, but, I would like to have a second shampoo to switch off too, as was also recommended.

This product and Revlon's for fine hair was recommended to me by a salon, and I have used Shampoo One ever since. Before I thought that a moisturizing shampoo was necessary, but, moisturizing not only made my hair lay flat, pores would clog on the scalp.

I have used this shampoo faithfully for years on all different hair styles from short and permed to long and straight. Nothing comes close. I combine it with other Paul Mitchell products for good looking hair. I hate running out and now I don't have to.

I have fine, oily hair that needs washing daily. Paul Mitchell's Shampoo One is the best shampoo I've found for my needs. The wonderful fragrance not only makes washing my hair a pleasure, but it also lingers in my hair for the rest of the day (which my husband loves!).
