I was excited to try this conditioner. It went on smoothly, smelled wonderful and tingled. The big disappointment came upon rinsing out...didn't feel very soft. Then when I went to comb out my hair...OWIE...no detangling effect at all. I had to use other products to comb thru my hair. Wished it was easier to send this back.

I like the shampoo but not the conditioner. It has a funky smell and does not really work better than the other conditioners I have tried before. If you like the scalp tingling feeling after you wash your hair, try bumble and bumble Tonic shampoo. Way much better than this.

it smells great and it makes my head tingle. The only reason I knocked off a star was the price for how much you get. I wish the bottle was bigger.

My son uses this every day w/out any scalp issues. He best likes the way it completely rinses out and doesn't make his scalp itchy.

My old shampoo and conditioner dried out my scalp and made me flakey. This conditioner stopped my flaking the first time I used it. You can feel it working and I am shocked by it's powers. I used it with Infusium 23 and that was new for me too. What can I say, but it worked and I'm very satisfied.

this conditioner doesn't weigh down the hair, the tea tree "wakes up' the sculpt, and i think my hair grow faster when using this conditioner (well no scientific proof). i rub a small portion of this condition onto my sculpt and other cheaper brands on the rest of the hair for detangling and moisturizing purpose.

This was recommended to me by my hairstylist. I thought it was a bit pricey but I just couldn't get my hair to feel smooth and silky anymore no matter how much conditioner I used. I've used it now for at least a year and still love it, can't live without it. Because it is so pricey I only use it once a week along with the tea tree shampoo and it still gives me great results. The rest of the days I use cheaper brands like Suave or Pantene, whatever is on sale.

Paul Mitchall works well with people that have oilly hair if used correctly. I have been using this product for a few years and it leaves my hair smooth and gentle on the scalp.

I love this conditioner. It smells wonderful and is refreshing. I have quite a frizzy mop of hair, and just a little bit of this conditioner goes a long way to tame it.
