I recently had a chemical peel done that left some hyperpigmentation on my face. I was given a product by PCA to help with soothing my skin for after care, but when I started to see that parts of my face seemed darker, I didn't know what to do. Fimilar with PCA, I thought that it was best to see if there were other products I can use. I came across this pigment gel which claimed it would help with hyperpigmentation and so I decided to give it a try. I have been using it for about a month now. I have seen a hugh difference in my skin tone, it's brighter and my skin is starting to heal! I've also purchased their pigment bar which by the way is the best face cleanser I've ever used! My face feels clean and bright! It's a must have!

This product claims that it is for all type of skin, especially for people with a sensitive skin, but it is not. It stings your skin the moment you put this product on, and if you are an Asian with brown spots on a deeper layer of skin, don't use this product. Not only this product does not work, sometimes, it actually makes it worse.

I've used this morning and night along with bliss sleeping peel and I've noticed dramatic results. I made sure to exfoliate regularly, and have gotten so many compliments on the glow and even tone of my skin. My breakouts had completely cleared up and my skin was sooo smooth! I ran out about a month ago, and sadly, the compliments went away, and instead I've even got a few concerned comments from my mom about my new breakouts. While I still am using what's left from my bliss sleeping peel, I know that this PCA product is a MUST, and I am back to get some more to save my skin. I will not make the mistake of letting this run out again.

I gave this product 2 stars because it does smooth the skin due to it's exfoliating ingredients. However, after 2 1/2 months of using it twice a day I have not seen any fading of pigmented areas.

I'd give this product 4 1/2 stars in truth. It works well and I like the fact that it is HQ free. I use it in combination with the PCA pigment bar and Retin-A .1% and I have seen dramatic results. I would caution buyers to use a good moisturizer with this product, especially if you have sensitive skin because it could cause irritation. But overall, its a good and high quality product.

I love this stuff. I use it once or twice a week, and haven't had any problems with peeling skin like the other poster, perhaps because my skin is oily and I use it less frequently (?). My skin has a gorgeous glow, it's gotten rid of pigmentation and it has fought blemishes better than any other products (including retin-a and benzoyl peroxide) without ever drying my skin. I've been using it for a few years now and can't speak highly enough about it. Forget the cheap drugstore stuff- it just doesn't pack a punch like this does.

What most lightening agents don't tell you is that the premise is peeling of the top layer of skin. This product, used on a regular basis, provokes the top layers of skin to flake. The lightening effect on dark areas does work, but be prepared to deal with flaking skin which gives the appearance of a deep suntan peel. I found that this peeling effect helps deal with the preventation of blemishes.
