This product is working very hard to clear up my adult acne! The cream can be a little drying so you have to ease into regular usage but my face is clearing up, becoming smoother, and less blemished.

This product has worked well for me for many years. I usually wash with Cetaphil, use Dermaclear All-in-One Formula and then apply this at nightime. My skin has stayed very clear and soft. I just wish the jar was larger. Ordering in bulk helps!!!

I have been dealing with adult cystic acne for almost a year now and this product seems to finally be the answer to my prayers. I've only used it a week but I used it on a pimple that would normally have taken over a week to heal and been very large and painful, with this product, it was hardly noticeable and was gone by days three. I really hope it continues to work as effectively as it did and hopefully prevent any future pimples but so far so good!

Works wonders considering you don't need a RX. Put it on the spots needing treatment & overnight you see results. Two day treatments nearly clears up the spot. It goes a long way as you just need a drop. Will continue to use & hope it stays on the market. Not for severe acne, but for the usual breakouts it is super.

I am over 50 and still suffer from frequent breakouts. This is the best product for controlling those annoying zits. I have recommended this to friends of all ages, even my teenage grandson. They have all had great success as well, we call it 'the magic acne cream'. I find it very economical as well. Also love the clearskin moisturizer for day and rebalance for night. PCA rocks!

this product is every hit or miss. It works, and then it doesn't work. I use it at a spot treatment (as directed) first it will work, but then as I'm getting rid of one blemish, 3 more pop up, and it takes days to get rid of. I'm not too upset because it was really cheap and it did work to an extent, but I don't think I'll be buying this again.

I got the most painful acne of my life after using this product, as directed, for two weeks. Painful to the point I had to take tylenol and simply rolling over in bed caused me to awake in agony.I was an absolute wreck, physically and emotionally. I've never been more ashamed of the way I look. Needless to say, I've stopped using the product and I'm slowly but surely recovering. Perhaps this dosage was too strong for me. Others have certainly had success. I was not one of them.

I suffer from adult acne...nothing drastic just really annoying. I used to use Mario Badescu's drying lotion but this stuff blows that out the water. I love the fact that you can put it on and no one knows it's there. It goes on very easily and you only need to put it on the problem areas. Then you just put your own moisturizer on and you're set! I use it in the mornings and at night. I've watched as overnight zits have disappeared. It does have a medicinal smell, but it's not strong and I can't smell it once I put it on. Now yes, the jar is tiny but you only need to use a little bit at a time. This stuff will last me a loooong time. It's well worth the price.

When compared to other OTC products it stands out only for its creamy texture and the fact that it does not irritate the skin. Most OTC products are harsh and irritable which often provokes the problem, but this product does the opposite, it calmly heals the acne lesion gradually with consistent use. Overall it does the same thing that other benzoyl peroxide treatments do, but has a therapeutic approach when doing so. The price is not budget friendly so before purchasing try other OTC products first.

My son and daughter both use this product. They are pre-teens and they have problems with acne. Daily use of this product keeps their acne under control and it doesn't irritate their skin like other products that we've tried. At first I was concerned that such a small quantity wouldn't last very long, but it has. They really don't need much for it to be effective. Still, a larger jar would be easier for the kids to use.
