I used to use Mario Badescu's drying lotion but this stuff blows that out the water. I love the fact that you can put it on and no one knows it's there. It goes on very easily and you only need to put it on the problem areas. Then you just put your own moisturizer on and you're set! I use it in the mornings and at night. I've watched as overnight zits have disappeared. It does have a medicinal smell, but it's not strong and I can't smell it once I put it on. Now yes, the jar is tiny but you only need to use a little bit at a time. This stuff will last me a loooong time. It's well worth the price. However, the next morning my entire face was red and blotchy; I believe I had an allergic reaction (although I do not have sensitive skin). For 4 days now, it has been super dry and I can't cover it up. It's flaking on both of my cheeks and chin. Unfortunately, I will not be using this again. I have tried many acne products, such as Mario Badescu, Clean & Clear Popped Pimple, Murad, and the list goes on. This cream works really well and I have seen my pimples disappear or greatly reduce by the next day. Also, this cream does not dry out your skin like other acne products. My skin is actually smoother since I have been using this. Oh and you know those painful pimples you get about once a month? I haven't had one since using this. It's only been 30 days, but still. =)I use less concealer/foundation and it makes me happy. Now, if I can only find a product that helps against redness...  Pros

I usually wash with Cetaphil, use Dermaclear All-in-One Formula and then apply this at nightime. My skin has stayed very clear and soft. I just wish the jar was larger. Ordering in bulk helps!!! Pros

I've only used it a week but I used it on a pimple that would normally have taken over a week to heal and been very large and painful, with this product, it was hardly noticeable and was gone by days three. I really hope it continues to work as effectively as it did and hopefully prevent any future pimples but so far so good! Pros

Two day treatments nearly clears up the spot. It goes a long way as you just need a drop. Will continue to use & hope it stays on the market. I have recommended this to friends of all ages, even my teenage grandson. They have all had great success as well, we call it 'the magic acne cream'. I find it very economical as well. Also love the clearskin moisturizer for day and rebalance for night. PCA rocks! Pros

I use it at a spot treatment (as directed) first it will work, but then as I'm getting rid of one blemish, 3 more pop up, and it takes days to get rid of. I'm not too upset because it was really cheap and it did work to an extent, but I don't think I'll be buying this again. Painful to the point I had to take tylenol and simply rolling over in bed caused me to awake in agony.I was an absolute wreck, physically and emotionally. I've never been more ashamed of the way I look. Needless to say, I've stopped using the product and I'm slowly but surely recovering. Perhaps this dosage was too strong for me. Comments about PCA SKIN pHaze 33 Acne Cream, .5 oz: pHaze 33 Acne Cream from the PCA Skin product line is very effective when used with other acne treatments. When compared to other OTC products it stands out only for its creamy texture and the fact that it does not irritate the skin. Most OTC products are harsh and irritable which often provokes the problem, but this product does the opposite, it calmly heals the acne lesion gradually with consistent use. Overall it does the same thing that other benzoyl peroxide treatments do, but has a therapeutic approach when doing so. The price is not budget friendly so before purchasing try other OTC products first.
