I began taking Perfectil when I was living in Ireland. I use heat to style my hair, and it is also sensitive and breaks off easily when exposed to hard water and environmental changes. After a few months of taking it daily, I noticed my hair becoming longer and stronger, and breakage significantly decreased. I started using this product after my hairdresser noticed some hair thinning - probably as a result of my vegan diet. As with any vitamin supplement, results are not instant, but 9 months later my hair is once again healthy and thick. I will say, though, that I saw results very quickly in the strength and growth of my nails. Nowadays, my nails never, ever, flake or break, and they grow at an alarming rate. It's actually hard to maintain the short square/oval shape that I favor, and I feel like I'm constantly filing them down.

I love this product and have been using it for years (started using it while living in England) it works really well and even comes with a little pamphlet that tells you what you can do to encourage healthier looking skin, hair and nails. This product works!!! I have also used Perfectil Plus with the extra skin boosting pill, which also works very well

My doctor recommended this product as part of my treatment for alopecia areata. I've been taking it for 3 months and my hair has stopped falling out, it's grown like crazy, my eyelashes and eyebrows are thicker, my nails are sturdy, my complexion has always been great but have been known to get a pimple or two during my period but I haven't gotten one single blemish since I started using this product. I tried these to stop my nails from peeling. I went through three boxes and my nails were still flimsy. Usually one can witness the effectivness of a vitamin through the nails within a month or two. Like I said, I saw no improvement whatsoever. Anyhow, I now use Futurebiotics hair, skin, and nail vitamins. These vitamins work fast and are potent. My nails are strong and resist peeling.

I started taking this product about six months ago. I've been having some health problems that are affecting my eyes and skin. The breakouts were HORRIBLE! I decided to try this and I really noticed a difference in the acne. My eyes even felt a little bit better. My nails were also much stronger... which was just an added bonus for me. It doesn't work overnight, but if you keep using it, the results are incredible. It took me about a week to notice the difference.
