This is awesome for people who have had there colon removed and now have a Jpouch. Highly recommend. It doesn't take much at all. It also have a locking lid so it won't come off if you carry it with you in your purse.
This stuff has the same active ingredient as the more expensive "Nuper...." and works great! It's nice to find a bargain! My cousin, who had an issue with *something* that her in the after hours clinic (see my review on the psyllium fiber), swears by this stuff and by witch hazel for helping with the pain because it took her a couple of weeks to get back to normal. Dibucaine was very helpful in reducing or eliminating the pain almost immediately, and that effect lasted for hours.
