 | Are there any over-the-counter treatments for impotence?
|
| Currently, there are no over-the-counter medications that are effective for the treatment of impotence, a condition in which men have difficulty getting or keeping an erection. While a variety of herbal products are routinely advertised to help with impotence, not have been proven to prevent or treat this problem. If you suffer from impotence I suggest you contact your doctor. Several prescription medicines including Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, >Muse, >Edex and >Caverject have been proven to be effective in helping men with certain types of impotence. Sources: Peirce, A.
