Controlled substances (also called scheduled drugs) are medicines that are particularly prone to abuse and can cause physical or psychological dependence.
Controlled substances with legitimate medical uses are divided into four categories: Schedules II-V.

What does this mean for you?
We must receive the original hard-copy of your prescription by mail. Faxes, phone or transfer requests for Schedule II medications will not be accepted.
We must receive the prescription within 30 days from the date on which it was written.
