Caduet

Caduet is used to treat patients who require treatment for both high blood pressure or chest pain and high cholesterol. Caduet contains 2 medicines, amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker used to treat high blood pressure or chest pain (angina) and atorvastatin, an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor (also known as a "statin") used to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in your blood. Reducing high blood pressure and cholesterol levels may help prevent strokes, heart attacks and kidney problems. Caduet may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
