I got this alarm clock as a Christmas gift, however I was the one who found it online and put it on my "wish list". This is exactly what I wanted! It's small and it charges my iphone while in its otterbox case which can be used to play my music for the alarm. I LOVE that the clock syncs w/ my iphone to update the time when docked, this way I never have to worry about the time change for daylight savings again! I like that the clock numbers are green and easy on my eyes in the dark. The only thing I don't like is that the colon between the numbers on the clock blink all of the time, however it hasn't kept me from sleeping. I do have trouble sometimes getting my phone docked when it's in its case but I think as I use it more it'll get easier for me. It's alot easier to dock my phone if I take the silicone protector off of the case before hand but it works either way! One thing I had a problem w/ when setting up the clock was how to turn the alarm off even though I don't normally need the alarm, I wanted to know how to use it for future reference. The directions were alittle confusing for me but my husband came to the rescue and told me to hit the alarm button twice (I think) to turn it off or so the alarm wouldn't go off the next morning. Again, for me this alarm clock/docking station is exactly what I wanted and the price was reasonable for the benefits you get from this product.

If you are looking for a dock station, especially to charge, this product is adequate. Just be advised it doesn't work with all apps so there are some things you may expect it to do that simply won't work

My battery gets charged every night. I don't have to keep track of the charger. The green color does not keep me awake at night and is easy to read in the dark.

iPhone 4S and 3GS fit nicely into dock even with cases attached. Clock looks nice and has a very small footprint on the table. Time auto sync to iPhone is nice. Dimming display is very nice. The display is easy to read but doesn't illuminate the room. Radio and alarm functions very easy to setup. Radio is FM only. Sound quality is good at low to med volume but it's not something you'll use to fill a room with music.

Cheaply made product. Not usual of a Philips brand. First shipment made an audible high frequency sound by just being plugged in due to a flawed electrical design. The loudness of the sound is directly related to the brightness of the LCD display. The brighter the display, the louder the sound. Drugstore.com was very responsive in shipping out a replacement. However, the replacement also makes the same high frequency sound in the same way. This simply indicates that the product is inherently flawed. Don't bother.

I had an iHome several years ago, but it died after 3 years and didn't support the new generation models, and took up a lot of space on my nightstand.

I wanted a small, basic, alarm clock/charger with sleep function and I found it in this model. This model fit the bill and the price was right. It works well and can charge my iPhone with the case on, a big plus. The sound is pretty good too.

It isn't the most stylish model and it feels extremely light when you pick it up, which might make it seem to be cheaply made. Other than that, I have no issues.

Now I can drift off to sleep with ease.

I travel frequently and was looking for a dual alarm clock with an IPod dock and radio. I wanted something that was compact and not clunky or took up too much space on the nightstand and this fit the bill.

I can set different alarm times. The radio comes through clearly. The IPod dock securely holds my IPod and the sound is great regardless whether I'm listening to the radio or IPod. I have a love/hate relationship with the snooze button. The sound gets louder and louder until I re-set the snooze, which I love because it does what I need it to do, but hate because it's a pesky little contraption! LOL!

The one thing I'm not fond of are the tiny buttons. I guess the buttons need to be tiny to perform all its functions, but finding the volume button in a dark room is a pain. I'm sure this will recede with familiarity. All-in-all, this product fulfills all my needs and works beautifully. I'm pleased I bought it.

This alarm clock radio is great and very easy to use. As soon as I docked my phone the time synced up so I did not need to worry about setting the time. I like being able to listen to the songs on my phone or the radio with fairly good quality for a small unit. You also have the option to wake up to the phone, radio or buzz. I have used other alarm clocks where as long as the phone was plugged in the alarm used the phone and on this device you have the option.

I just started using this clock and I am quite impressed. I was pleasantly surprised with how advanced it is, while still being simple to use. I realized how user-friendly it was right away... as soon as I docked my iPhone 3GS the clock atuomatically updated! I have been playing music out of it and while I haven't been blasting it, the sound quality is great. I really like the sleep feature... so nice to listen to music when I go to bed, without it playing all night long. Some other great features: the dimming display, it charges your iPhone, dual alarms, and you can choose which sound to go with the alarm (iPhone, radio, or buzzer). I would definitely recommend this to friends/famliy and it would make a great gift.
