You fill the little chamber with a teeny bit of water, aim between teeth and fire. What I liked best about it was that it uses such a minute amount of water that you don't end up drooling all over yourself as with other water-shooting teeth cleaners. The only drawback was that I'm felt like the blast of water/air wasn't forceful enough to give me a feeling of actually having flossed. It felt clean but not fresh-from-the-dentist clean. Comments about Philips Sonicare AirFloss Rechargeable Air Flosser, HX8111, 1 ea: I bought the Airfloss a few weeks ago and use it twice a day - takes very little time. I use it between teeth at the gum line to get rid of food and/or bacteria in those little pockets that brushing and flossing might have missed. It shoots a bit of warm water propelled by a burst of air, which is rather ingenious. I really like how it works and how it makes my gums feel. I look forward to my next dental check up! Pros

Comments about Philips Sonicare AirFloss Rechargeable Air Flosser, HX8111, 1 ea: I bought 2 X 2 packs (4 total units) from Costco. 3 units have failed in less than 60 days, getting ready to try #4. It appears th units have failed because of issues with charging and/or the on-off switch. They simply stop working after a week or two. Pros

Comments about Philips Sonicare AirFloss Rechargeable Air Flosser, HX8111, 1 ea: I bought one in December and I have to replace in June, a six month period, as I used Listerine instead of water. USE ONLY WATER IN THIS PRODUCT. Listerine dries and prevents the nozzle from working properly. Six months use is not a long time for this pricy item.

Comments about Philips Sonicare AirFloss Rechargeable Air Flosser, HX8111, 1 ea: I am a truck driver and I take this on the road. I only charge it on the weekend when I am home and it always has plenty of power. It has a powerful little blast of water/air the goes between your teeth. Very easy to use.

Comments about Philips Sonicare AirFloss Rechargeable Air Flosser, HX8111, 1 ea: I love this product to clean my braces. I regret that I didn't discover it sooner as my braces are about to come off and I had been using the waterpik which is more messy and less effective. The

Best Uses Comments about Philips Sonicare AirFloss Rechargeable Air Flosser, HX8111, 1 ea: I felt the water reservoir was too small and had to refill several times. I am planning on returning this. I had to use my regular waterpik afterwards and there was still plenty of food left that this product had not removed. I do wear braces, but this is recommended for brace wearers, which is why I purchased it.
