Comments about Philips Sonicare e-Series Sensitive Standard Brushheads, HX7053/64, 3 ea:
I have used the e-series of Sonicare brush for many years, but I now have arthritis and the shape of the brush cone has become very difficult to use.
I have improvised by wrapping a bundle of non-adhesive, repair tape around the brush cone and 3 other points on the brush motor. If you try this, look for this kind of tape at your hardware store. It has NO ADHESIVE, but it bonds to itself once you remove the plastic liner and stretch it as you wrap it around something.
The tape is very "grippie", so it's easy to hold on to. Be sure to stretch it to about twice its length as you wrap it around the cone. The tough part is getting it started. Since it doesn't have adhesive, the tape must contact itself to get started. Then build it up to the thickness that will make it easier for you to hold the cone or brush motor.
Once I run out of my supply of e-series brushes, I intend to get one of the new models by Sonicare. The brush heads just snap on and off.
I hope this helps someone...someplace.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
