Ok, so I am one of those people who never take the full dose of any medication, but the situation was dire and I decided to bite the bullet. I took the full dose and about two hours later I still didnt feel anything, not even a gurgle. Since the bottle says the product will work from 30 min to 6 hours I was kinda bummed. Word to the wise, be careful. This stuff will sneek up on you and it wont be pretty. It pretty much kept working on me for the next 24 hours. Yeah, 24 hours. Tastes terrible though, gagged me pretty bad. Next time I'd def get Cherry or Mint flav

Directions:

do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose in a 24 hour period
shake well before use
dose may be taken once a day preferably at bedtime, in divided doses, or as directed by a doctor. Drink a full glass (8 oz) of liquid with each dose.

Adults & Children-12 years and older: 2-4 tablespoonfuls
